Complaints procedure

In case of a defect in the goods, a complaint should be filed using the following procedure:

  1. Verify where you can submit a claim for a given product. You can find this information in the document Warranty and guarantee periods table (at Stovaris or at the manufacturer’s authorized service point). When Stovaris is indicated in the table as the service point, please go to point 2.
  2. Fill out the application using the form available in the menu above.
  3. Once your request has been verified, we will send you an e-mail with the request number. Products sent back to Stovaris should be properly protected, preferably using the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Notes:

  1. The report is valid for two weeks after its positive verification! If the reported device is not delivered to the service within this period, it will have to be sent back again.
  2. Equipment delivered to Stovaris Service should be properly protected against damage during transport, preferably in its original packaging.
  3. We service products that are not covered by our warranty or guarantee. In order to repair them you need to fill in a complaint form.
